Jayson Swanson is responsible for running the Customer Care Center and managing the relationships with our retailers. Mr. Swanson has eight years of experience in managing Customer Care with Avaya Communications, the world wide leader in IP telephony, where he ran a multi-site operation that produced over $34.5 million in revenue on a monthly basis.
Mr. Swanson graduated with a BS in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and has also earned a Masters in Management.
