How long does it take for a balance transfer to post to my other account? |

| If balance transfers are approved, they will be sent to your creditors within 10 business days; allow 10 days for mailing time. Continue to make payments to creditors until you confirm that they have received the transfer payment. If you would like to check the status of your balance transfer, please contact your creditors directly. |

How soon will my payment be posted to my account? |

Payments will be posted to your account with an effective date of the day received. Our transaction cut-off time is 1:00 PM EST. Payments received after the cut-off time will be posted to your account on the following business day. To allow for the clearance of funds, your limit will be adjusted two business days following the posting of your payment. |

There are no black out dates and no gimmicks. If you want complimentary airfare (or hotel, or cruises or rebates and more), use your GreenSky Miles and we will get you there. At GreenSky there are ALWAYS "Miles" seats, rooms and tickets available.
You can use them on any airline, with no blackout dates or seat restrictions. Plus, you earn one mile for each purchase dollar.
How your GreenSky Rewards work:
You earn one mile for each $1 in purchases you make. And, you can redeem your miles anytime since there are no blackout dates. Here's all you do:

Choose your airline. You can fly on any airline, including American, Delta and United.

| We understand that in business, cash flow is not always consistent. With the GreenSky Net 60 program, you have an average of 60 days to make a payment on purchases without incurring interest or finance charges. At the beginning of each month, you will receive a statement that includes all purchases made during the previous month. Payment for those purchases is not due until the 15th day of the following month." For example, if you spend $10,000 in April, your payment is not due until June 15 (rather than May 15!). |

How often will I receive statements? |

| Every month. You will receive an itemized statement each month although payments on new purchases are not due for 60 days. You also receive a free year-end summary of itemized purchases. |
