A: Immediately after loan approval we will send you (online or overnight) your credit limit, APR and monthly payment based on your Credit Limit. At the conclusion of your purchase window, we will send a revised statement based on your purchases and balance. At any time you can call us at 866-936-0602 with loan or payment questions.

Q: How do I pay my dealer for services
A: Immediately after loan approval we will give you a 16-digit account number, Expiration Date and Security Code. When you are ready to pay your dealer, provide this information to your dealer and the amount you authorize your dealer to charge you on this account. Your account number will also be on the loan package we send to you.

Q: How will I receive my loan information?
A: We will email or overnight your loan documents, which include all information pertinent to your loan including the amount financed, APR, Finance Charges, etc. At the conclusion of your purchase window we will send a revised statement based on your purchases and balance. At any time you can call us at 866-936-0602 with loan or payment questions.
