based lender. Mr. Smith
is a 1969 graduate
of the University of
Bridgeport, Bridgeport,
CT and recieved his
law degree from Brooklyn
Law School, Brooklyn,
NY in 1975. Mr Smith
is an active member
of the community and
serves on civic boards
of Kennedy-Kreiger
Foundation, and the
Marcus Foundation.
Mr Smith serves on
the Board of Trustees
of the Devereux Foundation
and is the chairman
of the Devereux Georgia
Advisory Board. Devereux
provides services for
over 15,000 people
with emotional, developmental
and educational disabilities
in the facilities located
in eleven states.

Zalik founded

Systems at the
age
of fourteen while in
college

Auburn University. Since
then,
he has co-founded
Phoenix,
LLC
(Commercial Real Estate
Investments)
and Outweb,
Inc.
(Business
Technology Automation).
Mr.
Zalik has served on
the
Board
of Directors of Hands
on
Atlanta, the Jewish Federation
of
Greater Atlanta and the
Marcus
Community Center.
Mr.
Zalik
co-founded The Resource
Institue,
a non-profit organization
dedicated
to
helping small, minority
and
women owned businesses.
Mr.
Zalik was the recipient
of
the 2000 Abe Schwartz Young
Leadership
Award and 2003 Catalyst
Entrepreneur
of the Year Award.
